Halton Quilt Show - Part three

Here's the last of the photos.

A bit different...

This was the 2015 Row by Row. The theme was H2O (or water.)

This was fun. Santa has 3D moustaches.

Just a simple design.

It's a Hunter's Star but because the backgrounds change, it looks totally different.

A paper pieced elephant.

Just a couple of close-ups.

(the bottom)

I thought you'd like to see a couple of close-ups.

My eldest daughter likes loons.

This is the last one. My battery gave out.

That's it for now. There's another quilt show or two coming up in the next couple of months.

Halton Quilt Show - Part two

Lots more eye candy.

Just a few quilts to celebrate Canada's 150th Birthday.

Sorry about the glaring lighting. There were actually two of these Gypsy Wife quilts and I couldn't get a good photo of either because the lighting got in the way.

I do like this quilt - the colours, the stars and the setting. The randomness of it all.

I have always liked the idea of a woven pattern.

Once again, I'm sorry about the glare.

Here's a couple of close-ups.

Hand applique and hand quilting.

So much movement just from some pieces of fabric.

Just goes to show you what you can do with some striped fabric.

Once again, tune in tomorrow for more...
